I have this small lump on the top of my right testicle?
it is about the size of a jelly belly bean. it doesn’t hurt at all unless I put pressure on it. its hard-ish feeling and around the edges it feels veiny and it has veins attached to it that go through it and into my testicle. I’m 14 and would VERY embarrassed to ask my mom to take me to the doctors or even ask the doctor either. I am worried because I don’t know if it has increased or decreased in size or if its cancer and if I will be able to have chilren one day if they must remove it.

You are going through puberty and your epididymus has started developing. The “vein” you can feel is the vas deferens which carries sperm from your epididymus to your penis. You should feel a similar one growing on your other testicle, but they do not develop necessarily at the same rate through puberty.
It is highly unlikely that you have testicular cancer, but to re-assure yourself and to stop unnecessary worrying, check your symptoms in the link below
